Service
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Allen County, Huntington County, Wells County, and Whitley County in Indiana. This includes Fort Wayne, New Haven, Huntington, Bluffton, Columbia City, and surrounding communities.
What are your pickup and delivery hours?
We offer two time windows: Morning (9am-12pm) and Evening (5pm-8pm). You can schedule pickups 7 days a week.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Most orders are completed within 24 hours. Morning pickups can often be delivered the same evening or the next morning.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No! You can leave your laundry by the door and we will do the same with your clean clothes. Just let us know in the special instructions.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
We charge $2.00 per pound. Our Small Bag is $30 (~15 lbs) and Large Bag is $60 (~30 lbs). Final price is based on actual weight.
How does delivery work?
Pickup is always free in our service area. Delivery is free for subscribers as part of their plan. À la carte (non-subscription) pickups include a per-pickup delivery fee, shown at checkout.
What if my laundry weighs more than the bag estimate?
No problem. You will only be charged for the actual weight. We will send you the final invoice after weighing.
When do I pay?
Subscriptions bill monthly on the day you signed up. À la carte pickups are charged at booking based on the selected bag size. Any additional weight or overage charges are invoiced separately.
Subscriptions
What is included with a subscription?
Each monthly subscription includes a service bag (provided at signup), free pickup and delivery on covered pickups, and your tier's allowance of bags per period. Extra bags or weight beyond your plan are charged at our normal à la carte rate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can request cancellation in Account → Subscription on the customer portal. A 30-day notice is required, and you will be billed through the end of the current month. Service continues until the end of that period.
Can I change my pickup day?
Each plan has a default pickup day. If you need a different day for a particular pickup or want to permanently move days, reach out and we will work it into the route.
Laundry Care
What detergent do you use?
We use high-quality, hypoallergenic detergent. We also offer eco-friendly and fragrance-free options upon request.
How do you handle delicates?
We sort all laundry by color and fabric type. Delicates are washed separately on gentle cycles. Please note any special items in your instructions.
Do you wash everything together?
No. We sort your laundry by color (lights, darks, whites) and fabric type before washing.
Can you handle stains?
We do basic stain treatment on all visible stains. For tough stains, please note them in your special instructions.
Policies
What if something is damaged or lost?
We take great care with your items. In the rare event of damage or loss, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes! You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your pickup window at no charge.
What items do you NOT wash?
We do not wash leather, fur, heavily soiled work clothes, or items with hazardous materials. Dry clean only items should be taken to a dry cleaner.
How do I know my laundry is secure?
Your laundry is bagged and tagged with a unique identifier. It never mixes with other customers' items.
