Pricing Questions
What if my laundry weighs more than the bag estimate?
No problem — you'll only be charged for the actual weight at our rate of $2.00/lb. We send you the final invoice after weighing.
How does delivery work?
Pickup is always free in our service area. Delivery is free for subscribers — included in your monthly plan. À la carte (non-subscription) orders get free delivery at $100 or more; smaller pickups include a per-pickup delivery fee shown at checkout.
How do subscriptions work?
Pick a plan above. We bill monthly, pick up on your preferred day, and include a service bag at signup. Extras beyond your allowance are charged at the normal bag rate.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions require a 30-day cancellation notice and are billed through the end of the current month. After you cancel in Account → Subscription, service continues through that final period.
When do I pay?
Subscriptions bill monthly on the day you signed up. À la carte pickups are charged at booking; if your laundry weighs more than the estimate, we send a separate invoice for the difference.
